We meet for check-in and dinner and some briefing on Sunday 31st August. If you can't join before Monday morning, that OK.

- Monday 1st September

Morning coffee and group briefings 07.15. Driving start at 08.00 and last exit 16.15.

Dinner at 18.30

- Tuesday 2nd September

Morning coffee and group briefings 07.15. Driving start at 08.00 and last exit 16.15.

We have made some favourable arrangements with hotels and once you have registered, you will get reservation information.

PAYMENT, VAT & INVOICING

All prices include 19% VAT. German VAT rules apply. Tickets and products are sold net to companies provided you enter a correct VAT number in the international format. For companies in the EU, reverse charge apply. Payment is made via credit card or bank transfer in Euro with an invoice to a company. If you have any questions regarding invoicing, let us know

INCLUDED IN THE HIPWIR TICKET

The Driver ticket includes morning coffee, lunch and refreshments Monday & Tuesday and dinner Sunday and Monday.
